The rooms were perfect and always clean . i was given a connecting room. It was convenient because they were two separate rooms with one door in the middle. the beds were also amazing and large. It reminded me of i was floating on a cloud!!!

The absence of a full-length mirror in the room was a bit inconvenient. I found the mini-fridge not very cold (it barely kept my drinks chilled). This affected my experience, because I wanted to store something there. The advertised city tour was not available on certain days. Better communication about availability would be beneficial.

The room was very clean. Many perks were available like a free shuttle to various places. Complimentary welcome drinks were also provided. I appreciated this.

The hotel did not have smart TVs. That was disappointing. The WiFi connection was also unstable. I could not watch anything on my phone, the WiFi disconnected constantly.
