clean room convenient room cloud bed
The rooms were perfect and always clean . i was given a connecting room. It was convenient because they were two separate rooms with one door in the middle. the beds were also amazing and large. It reminded me of i was floating on a cloud!!!
i noticed that requesting an iron took a little longer than expected.

missing mirror warm fridge
The absence of a full-length mirror in the room was a bit inconvenient. I found the mini-fridge not very cold (it barely kept my drinks chilled). This affected my experience, because I wanted to store something there. The advertised city tour was not available on certain days. Better communication about availability would be beneficial.

The staff were helpful and friendly from arrival. Rooms were very clean. The beds felt amazing. I also found the breakfast good with many options.
I found that there were no towels provided in the gym.

The pool area was excellent. The bar was also reasonably priced. The restaurant had an extensive number of options. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was no 24-hour room service. There was no in-house laundry service. The laundry is handled by an external provider. It is kept behind the reception.

The hotel offered a very beautiful room. the staff were ready to help us with everything (from directions to reservations). the food tasted wonderful. I enjoyed the drinks.
the hotel alarm was a bit iritating when the door wasn't properly closed.

the reception staff was very attentive and friendly to our requests. they promptly arranged a taxi from the hotel to the airport. they even upgraded our room with a pool view for an additional charge.

the pool area had a clean, tidy look. there was a massage salon right next to the hotel (which was really convenient). the breakfast selection was good, and i especially loved the pancakes.

The room was spacious and clean. Daily room service ensured a tidy space. The hotel provides complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival. I appreciated the open-air shuttle to different spots.
